Simply enter the maximum total value of your items that you would like to insure for 'Fire, Theft and Flood' while in store. 'Goods in Transit' insurance is already included as standard. Additional 'Fire, Theft and Flood' insurance will cost £3.00 per calendar month per £1000 value cover. This additional insurance is optional.

Who decides what the access to my property is like?
You have to decide how easy the loading of the furniture lorry will be at your collection property. We finalise this decision on the telephone before booking so there won't be any surprise hikes in the rate later.

What would be considered 'Good' Access?
'Good' access would be mainly ground and first floor properties where the furniture lorry can park with 30 yards (27 metres) of the the property's loading entrance.

What would be considered 'Bad' Access?
'Bad' Access would be mainly second floor or higher or where the furniture lorry cannot get to within 30 yards (27 metres) of the loading entrance, thereby increasing he loading time.

What difference will choosing either option make?
Choosing 'Bad' access will increase the collection price but will not alter the cost of the storage unit. If you are unsure please call us on 01782 323 939.

What difference will a longer minimum hire period make?
The longer the minimum hire period the lower the collection price. Try to commit to the longest minimum period possible. Try many different quotes until to find a price you are happy with.

What happens if I need my furniture out before the minimum hire period is up?
It's not the end of the world, you can cancel the minimum storage period contract by simply paying for the part of the collection that was subsidised by us.

What happens if I need my unit for longer than the minimum hire period?
The unit is yours as long as you need it. Beyond the minimum hire period you will pay monthly in advance, but should you vacate with a part month complete, you will be refunded for the days you have not used. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call us on 01782 323 939.
